REQUIREMENTS

PREVIOUS APARTMENT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION YOU ARE APPLYING FOR.

• Must have experience working in apartment communities or multifamily property operations

• Must be dependable and professional

• Reliable transportation

• Must meet applicable background screening requirements

• Maintenance and Make Ready Technicians must have their own tools

• Valid driver's license when required for the position
