The Leasing Agent - Everett Properties plays a critical role in the real estate and rental industry by serving as the primary point of contact between property owners and prospective tenants. This position is responsible for marketing available rental properties, conducting property tours, and facilitating lease agreements to ensure high occupancy rates. The Leasing Agent must effectively communicate property features, rental terms, and community benefits to attract and retain tenants.
