We're hiring a Property Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our growing portfolio. You'll be the point person who keeps properties running smoothly day to day — coordinating maintenance, supporting leasing, tracking financials, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across a diverse mix of single-family homes, multifamily communities, and office space.
This isn't a role where you'll manage one building and coast. You'll get exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate investing — acquisitions, renovations, lease-ups, ongoing operations, and refinancing — and real opportunity to grow into a larger property or portfolio management role as we add doors.
What You'll Do
- Portfolio Operations — Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors across the portfolio.
- Maintenance Coordination — Field maintenance requests, schedule vendors and contractors, track work orders through completion, and keep repair costs on budget.
- Leasing Support — Coordinate showings, screen applicants, prepare lease agreements, and manage move-in/move-out logistics to keep vacancy periods short.
- Rent Collection & Records — Track rent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records for every property.
- Renovation & Turnover Support — Help coordinate unit turns and light rehab projects between tenants, working directly with contractors and vendors.
- Reporting — Keep property-level data (rent rolls, expenses, occupancy, maintenance logs) organized and current for ownership review.
- Vendor Relationships — Build and maintain a reliable bench of contractors, vendors, and service providers as the portfolio grows.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in property management, real estate, leasing, or a related coordination role (multifamily or office experience a plus, but not required).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple properties and priorities at once.
- Strong communicator — you'll be talking to tenants, contractors, and ownership regularly.
- Problem-solver who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Comfortable with basic property management/accounting software (or a fast learner — we'll train on our systems).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit properties across the Phoenix metro.
