Triumph Management Company has an immediate full-time opening for an Assistant Property Manager at Saddleback Ranch Apartments (305 units) in Mission Viejo. Triumph needs an experienced individual who has strong administrative and leasing skills.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an assistant manager in a multifamily community. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills.
Job Requirements:
- Leasing and resident relations
- Handle the application approval and move in process for residents
- Enter in work orders and follow up on them
- Input deposits and assist in collections
- Assist in processing move out refunds
- Makes regular inspections of apartments prior to move in
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager is a must
- Check scanning
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
- Valid Drivers License
- Must work Saturdays.
