Zocalo Community Development is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Expert for our Apex 5510 community in Boulder, CO. The position is Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00pm. One year of leasing experience is needed for this position.

Education and Experience
High School education or equivalent is required. Position prefers at least one-year lease-up experience in property management leasing. Position requires basic sales skills. Must have basic computer knowledge, type 30 wpm and maintain an organized work area.
Driving/Traveling Requirements
Must have a valid driver license and automobile insurance.
